Virtual, not a PDF of a paper calendar
A digital advent calendar on MakeCountdown is not a printable sheet. The person you send it to opens a link. Each morning one more day unlocks, using the timezone you saved when you made it. After the last date, every door stays open.
They do not create an account. If you delete the calendar, the link stops working. If a payment is refunded, the link stops working too.
Good for a couple, a parent, or a household
Couples use it as a December of private notes. A parent might build one for a grown child who does not want another ornament. A household can share one link on the fridge, written on paper, since a QR card is not part of this version yet.
