Refund policy

This page explains refunds for a published countdown on MakeCountdown.

If publish does not finish

If you paid and the link did not appear, open the draft and press publish again. The payment is only used once. If it still fails, email us and we will refund the $9.99.

Changing your mind

Email us within 14 days of payment if the recipient has not opened a day and you want the payment back. We refund the $9.99 and the private link stops working. If days have already been opened, we decide case by case.

How to ask

Email the address at the bottom of this page from the account you paid with, and include the date of the payment. We reply within 3 business days. A chargeback also turns the private link off.
